RESOLUTION NO. R84-712
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TACO BELL SUBDIVISION,
PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, B.F.D. Partnership of Plainview, Texas, has submitted the
Preliminary Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas,
along with appropriate submission fees and necessary information to the
City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 26, 1984,
approved said Preliminary Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas, subject to the following stipulations:
l) That the platted tract be designated as Lot l;
2) That a 35' building setback line be required along the
south side adjacent to Olton Road (U.S. Highway No. 70);
3) That a 15' building setback line be required along the
west side adjacent to Canyon Street.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision,
Plainview, Wale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to the
stipulations recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and that
the Final Plat of said subdivision incorporate all of said stipulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th. day of May., 1984.
