RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TACO BELL SUBDIVISION,
PLAINVtEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on May 8, 1984, the City Council approved the Preliminary
Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to
certain stipulations; and
WHEREAS, B.F.D. Partnership of Plainview, Texas, has submitted the
Final Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along
with all required fees and accompanying documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set
forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms to
the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Final Plat of Taco Bell Subdivision, Plainview,
Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved as submitted.
