A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAIRrVIEW,
TEX~ APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE GRANDVIEW ADDITION,
UNIT NO. 3, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Constitution, the laws of the State of Texas and the
Charter of the City of Plainview provides for the adoption of a sub-
division ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted Sub-
division Ordinance No. 78-2259 on the 14th day of November, 1978; and
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous to continue to provide for the
orderly, safe and healthful development of the area within and
surrounding the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, Marse & Son, Inc. and Louisiana Nursing Hc~es cc~plied
with and the Final Plat reflects any and all stipulations placed upon
them by the City Council during approval of the Preliminary Plat:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas to approve the Final Plat for the Grandview
Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to
compliance with the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations of the
City of Plainview, the payment of water and sewer pro rata, and the
provision of guarantees acceptable to the City of Plainview for the
construction of city approved storm drainage improvements.
