A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAIN-
VIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF INTERWEST
SUBDIVISION, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Interwest Savings Association, Plainview, Texas has submitted
the Preliminary Plat of Interwest Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas
along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City
Engineer of the City of Plginview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Plainview
on June 14, 1984 approved the Preliminary Plat of Interwest Subdivision,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas subject to the following stipulations:
1. That it be divided into three lots with a building setback
line of 35' on the west two lots and a building setback line
of 25' on the east lot where the present building is being
remodeled and enlarged.
2. To provide the 20'x40' triangular shaped aerial powerline
easement at the northwest corner of the plat.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat and the
recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and finds that said
plat revised to include the stipulations recommended by the Planning and
Zoning Commission will comply with the intent of the Subdivision Regulations
of the City of Plainview:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of Interwest Subdivision, Plain-
view, Hale County, Texas be approved subject to the stipulations recommended
by the Planning and Zoning Commission and that the Final Plat of said sub-
division incorporate all of said stipulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of June, 1984.
