RESOLUTION NO. R84-~3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW
TEXAS APPOINTING AN AUDITOR FOR THE 1983-84 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council is directed by Section 13 of the
Charter of the City of Plainview to provide for the annual aUditing
of the books and accounts of all departments and officers of the
City; and
WHEREAS, It is in the public interest to have an independent
auditor's opinion on the financial position, results of operation,
and changes.in financial position of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas to appoint Donzi] MmM{ll{an g C__O~?__~y
as Auditor for the City of Plainview's 1983-84 Fiscal Year. PAS~EDj AND APPROVED this the 24th day of July 1984.
