R84-741 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO TRANSMIT A LETTER TO THE LEGISLATURE AND THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF TEXAS OPPOSING CURRENT PRACTICES AND POLICIES OF DISPENSING FUNDS GENERATED THROUGH THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING FUND AND THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER STANDARDS AND EDUCATION FUND.
