RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE CONTRIBUTION OF A
SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED AT THE PLAINVIEW· MUNICIPAL
COUNTRY CLUB.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is the owner of the Plainview
Municipal Country Club; and
WHEREAS, certain individuals have donated funds for the
purpose of purchasing and installing a sprinkler system on the
Municipal Golf Course.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE bLAYOR AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS with appreciation and
gratitude to the individuals making said contribution, the gift of
said sprinkler system is accepted for and on behalf of the citizens
of Plainview, Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said sprinkler system shall be
operated and maintained by the Plainview Municipal Country Club at
the expense of said club in compliance with the lease agreement
entered into between the City of Plainview and the Plainview
Municipal Country Club dated the 26~h day of January , 19 82 .

August , 1984.
