A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF EDGEMERE ADDITION, UNIT
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1984, the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of Edgemere Addition, Unit No. 5, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas subject to certain stipulations; and
WHEREAS, First Church of the Nazarene, Inc. of Plainview, Texas
has submitted the final plat of Edgemere ~dition, Unit No. 5,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas along with all required fees and
accompanying documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that if contains all the items required by the stipulations set
forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms to
the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Plainview; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that the Final Plat of Edgemere Addition, Unit No. 5,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to
compliance with the subdivision regulations, the Pro-Rate ordinance and
other ordinances governing the platting and developing of land within
the City of Plainview.
