A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pIAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF iNTERWEST SUBDMSION,
pIAINVIA'W, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
W~IERFAS, on June 26, 1984, the City Council approved the
preliminary Plat of Interwest Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas
subject to certain stipulations; and
WHEREAS, Interwest Savings Association of Plainview, Texas has
submitted the final plat of Interwest Subdivision, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas along with all required fees and accompanying documents;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set
forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms to
the requirements of the Subdivision ~gulations of the City of
Plainview; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that the final plat of Interwest Subdivision, Plainview, Hale
COunty, Texas be and is hereby approved subject to compliance with the
subdivision regulations, the Pro-Rata ordinance and other ordinances
governing the platting and developing of land within the City of
Plainview.
