A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZ/NG PAYMENT TO BE MADE TO PARKHILL, SMITH
AND COOPER, INC. CONSULTING ENG~ FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES RENDERED ON CITY WASTE BEATER GRANT-PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by previous Council action, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc., consulting engineers of Lubbock have been employed to provide
engineering services on our waste water grant project; and
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 6 for said engineering services
rendered in accordance with agr~t between Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc. and the City of Plainview dated February 8, 1983 has been received;
and
WHEREAS, this request is for payment for services rendered during
the period from February 29, 1984 through August 31, 1984 and is in the
amount of $20,378.03:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be made to Parkhill, Smith &
Cooper, Inc.. in the amount of $20,378.03 and funds for said payment be
allocated from Utility Account No. 19-722-60810 as hereby amended.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 9th day of October, 1984.
