A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF REVISIONS TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
MESA VERDE ADDITION, UNIT NO. 1, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS, Davis Woodbury Company of Dallas, Texas, has assumed the develop-
ment of land for which a Preliminary Plat for Mesa Verde Addition, Unit No. 1,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas, was previously submitted to and approved by the City
Council of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, ~aid Davis Woodbury Company has submitted a request for revisions
to said preliminary plat which will conform to revisions heretofore approved in the
andSpecific Use Permit issued for the development of th6 land. included in said plat;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Preliminary Plat showing the
proposed revisions and finds that said revisions shown on the plat are in keeping
with the Specific Use Permit and the intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the
City of Plainview;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the M2yor and the City Council of the City
of Plainview, Texas, ~hatthe Preliminary Plat of Mesa Verde Addition, Unit No. 1,
Plainview, Ha]e~County, Texas, as revised, be and is, hereby=~approved subject to the
following stipulations:
l) That all building setback lines be shown on the Final Plat.
2) That the Permissable Building Limits lines be shown on the Final Plat
with metes and bounds measurements along the edges and be tied to the
the exterior lot lines.
3) That utility easements be shown on the Final Plat with metes and bounds
measurements along their edges and be tied to the exterior lot lines.
4) That an easement for the storm water drainage swale be shown on the
Final PlaT.
5)
That a completed set of constr:uct~oh?plans, approved by the City, for
all storm drainage improvements be submitted pr~or'to~the filing for-
re. cord uf the Final Plat.
6) That a Final Plat and Dedication Deed be prepared for the replatting
of Lot 2A, Duncan Addition, Unit No.. 3, incorporating into said Lot
2A the south 10 feet of the closed alley adjacent t'hereto~
