A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY'COUNCiL OF THE CITYOF PIAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPBOVINGTHEFINALPLAT OF MESAVERDEADDITION,
UNIT NO. 1, PLAINVIEW, HATR COUNTY, TEXAS,

WHEREAS, on December 11, 1984· the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of M~sa Verde Addition, Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas· dated November 2, 1984 subject to certain stipulations;
and ·
WHEREAS, Davis Woodbury Company of Dallas· Texas has submitted the
Final Plat of a portion of the land included in said Preliminary Plat;
and
W~EREAS, the City Engineerhas reviewed said Final Plat andhas
found that it conforms to said Preliminary Plat and to the intent of the
Subdivision Psgulations of the City of Plainview;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that the Final Plat of Mesa Verde ~dition,
Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved
subject to the following stipulations:
1) That all fees required bythe subdivision regulationsbepaid·
required bythePreliminaryPlat approval.
2) That all accompanying documents including dedication deeds,
properly executed, restrictive covenants and utility easements
be submitted and approved by the City Attorney.
3) That all guarantees for water· sewer, storm drainage, street
and/or highway construction be provided.
4) That a Final Plat and Dedication Deeds be provided for the
replatting of Lot 2A, Duncan Addition, Unit No. 3, incorporating
into said Lot 2A the south 10 feet of the closed alley adjacent
thereto.
5)
The permissable building limit line shall conform to the
specific use permit, Zone Case No. 491 or as the specific use
permit maybe revised and subsequently approvedbythe City
Council.
6)
That the Final Plat shall not be executed by the Mayor and City
Clerk nor filed for record until the requiremants of the Sub-
division Regulations and the requirements of the above
stipulations are fulfilled.
