RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES OF PERSONS EMPOWERED TO SIGN IN JOINT
SAFEKEEPING TRANSACTIONS WITH THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS.
WHEREAS, to secure the funds deposited with it, the City National
Bank of Plainview has, in accordance with law, pledged certain securities.
AND ~
WHEREAS, other and additional securities may be pledged by the
City Natinal Bank at some future~time: AND
WHEREAS, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has provided the attached
Joint Safekeeping Official Signature Card, form SEC-210, for authorization
of signatures by the Governing Body~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the signatures written below
and on the reverse side of this card are those persons who are hereby
authorized and empowered for and in the name and on behalf of this
Governing Body, which is not in contravention of our by-laws, to sign
in transactions with the-Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas until said
Federal Reserve Bank has received notice in writing that this authority
as to any or all of the persons whose names appear on this card has
been revoked.
