A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS DESIGNATING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OFFICER FOR
THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
GRANT S705262.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview, Texas has secured an economic
development grant from the Texas Department of Community Affairs,
No. S705262; and
WHEREAS, in order to fulfill the various requirements of the
grant, the City is required to designate an environmental assessment
officer; and
WHEREAS, Michelle Magruder of the South Plains Association of
Governments is qualified to served as the Environmental Assessment
Officer for the City of Plainview.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor, and the City
Council of the City of Plainview, that Michelle Magruder of the
South Plains Association of Governments is designated as the
Environmental Assessment Officer to conduct the environmental
assessments required by the Texas Department of Community Affairs
for the City of Plainview's Economic Development Grant No. S705262.
