A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
DESIGNATING AN INDIVIDUAL TO SERVE AS A LIAISON IN HANDLING ALL
LABOR STANDARDS ISSUES PERTAINING TO THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW'S
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GRANT NO. S705262-
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has successfully secured an
economic development grant from the Texas Department of Community
Affairs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has contracted with South Plains
Association of Governments to administer said grant; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Plainview to
designate an individual to serve as a liaison person in handling all
labor standard issues pertaining to the Economic Development Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor, and the City Council
of the City of Plainview, that Michelle Magruder of the South Plains
Association of Governments, is hereby designated as the liaison
person to handle labor standard issues pertaining to the City of
Plainview's Economic Development Grant No. S705262.
