RESOLUTION NO. R86-984
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAiNVIEW,
TEXAS DECLARING THE WEST ONE HALF OF LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 44,
HIGHLAND ADDITION WHICH IS LOCATED AT 1314 PORTLAND, AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview owns the West 1/2 of lots 15 and
16, Block 44, Highland Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has no use for said property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of
Plainview, Texas that the West 1/2 of lots 15 and 16, Block 44
Highland Addition, is hereby declared surplus property and it to be
Plainview,disp°sed of Texas. in accordance with Article 7 of the Code of the City of
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of February, 1986.
