RESOLUTION NO. R86-987
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS CONSOLIDATING THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MUNICIPAL
COURT JUDGE WITH THE TEEN COORDINATOR AND APPOINTING AN
INDIVIDUAL TO FILL SAID POSITION.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview currently has positions
calling for a Teen Court Coordinator and a Municipal Court Judge; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the two positions may be
consolidated, and that one individual may do both jobs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of Plainview, Texas that the positions of Teen Court
Coordinator and Municipal Court Judge are hereby consolidated and
that Barbara Sullivan is here by appointed as Municipal Court
Judge/Teen Court Coordinator for the City of Plainview.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of March, 1986.
