RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PRESSLER ADDITION
UNIT NO. 2, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. '
WHEREAS, First Baptist Church, Plainview has submitted the
Preliminary Plat of Pressler Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas along with appropriate plat fees and necessary
information to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on March 27, 1986 approved the Preliminary Plat of Pressler
Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas subject to the
following stipulations:
1. That an additional triangular underground utility easement
be provided at the northeast corner of the tract being
platted; said easement being bound by 90 feet along the
north lot line and 50 feet along the east lot line both
distances measured from the northeast lot corner.
2. Than the developer be aware of the possible need for
additional right-of-way access to the addition for
electrical service.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat
and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and
find that said plat revised to include the stipulations recommended
by the Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with the intent of
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of Plainview, Texas that the Preliminary Plat of Pressler
Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas be approved
subject to the stipulations recommended by the~ Planning and Zoning
Commission and that the Final Plat of said addition incorporate all
of said stipulations.
