A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AWARDING A BID FOR TWO (2) 3/4 TON CAB AND CHASSIS
FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has duly advertised, opened and
tabluated bids for two (2) 3/4 Ton Cab and Chassis for the City
of Plainview Water and Sewer Department; and
WHEREAS, Jack Morris Ford is the low bidder for two (2) 3/4 Ton
Cab and Chassis in the amount of $21,276.00; and
WHEREAS, $23,000 has been appropriated from the Water and Sewer
Fund for purchase of two (2) 3/4 Ton Cab and Chassis:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Plainview that the low bid of $21,276.00 from Jack Morris
Ford be accepted for two (2) 3/4 Ton Cab and Chassis for the
Water and Sewer Department:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Bid Tabulation Sheet is
hereby declared a permanent part of-this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day of .May,, 1986.
