RESOLUTION NO. R86-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS DECLARING THAT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE MAUPIN ADDITION
IS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND MAY BE DISPOSED OF BY THE CITY.
WHEREAS, Block 1, South 132 feet of Lot 6, Maupin Addition,
Hale County, City of Plainview, State of Texas is owned by the City
of Plainview; and '
and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has no use for said property;
WHEREAS, a citizen has expressed an interest in purchasing
said property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of Plainview, Texas that Block 1, South 132 feet of Lot 6,
Maupin Addition, Hale County, City of Plainview, State of Texas, is
hereby declared surplus property and may be disposed of in accordance
with Article VII of the Code of the City of Plainview, Texas.
