A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH CUSTOM BENEFITS SERVICES, INC. TO ADMINISTER A SECTION
125-BENEFIT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Manager's office has been reviewing
services offered by firms to administer a Section 125-Benefit Plan;
and
WHEREAS, Custom Benefits Services, Inc. has demonstrated, in
the opinion of the City Manager, that it is best suited for the
services required by the City of Plainview.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of Plainview, Texas that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with Custom Benefits Services,
Inc. to administer a Section 125-Benefit Plan with total estimated
setup cost being $9,750.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of June, 1986.
