A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS REAPPOINTING JACK SKagGS AS A MEMBER OF THE CANADIAN
RIVER MUNICIPAL WATER AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRSETORS.
WHEREAS, Jack Skaggs currently represents the City of Plainview on
the Board of Directors of the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority
which term will expire on July 31, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Jack Skaggs is hereby reappointed to represent the City of
Plainview on the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority Board of
Directors for a two year term to expire July 31, 1988:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that Jack Skaggs is hereby reappointed to the Canadian River
M~nicipal Water Authority Board of Directors.
