A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLAINI~, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF BRYAN ADDITION, UNIT NO. 9, PLAINV~, HALE
WHEREAS, Mike Ferguson has sutmtitted the preliminary plat of Bryan
Addition, Unit No. 9, Plainview, Hale County, Texas along with
appropriate Plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of
the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on July 24, 1986 approved the Preliminary Plat of Bryan
Addition, Unit No. 9, Plainview, Hale County, Texas as sutmlitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat and
the recon~nendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and find that
said plat c~plies with the intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the
City of Plainview.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of Bryan Addition Unit No.
9, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be approved as submitted.
PASSED ANDAPPROVED this the 12th day of August., 1986.
