RESOLUTION NO. R86-159
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL THE
CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AWARDING THE BID FOR A
LIFE PAC FIVE FOR THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW FIRE
DEPARTmeNT EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview Fire Department Emergency
Medical Services continues to update the level of services to
advance life support; and
WHEREAS, in order to 'accomplish upgrade to advance life.
support the City of Plainview Fire Department Emergency
Medical Services has advertised and tabulated bids for Life
Pac Five; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said bid tabulation is attached and
made a permanent part of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council the City of Plainview, Texas that the bid of
Physio-Control in the amount of $7,200.00 is hereby
accepted for the Life Pac Five for the City of Plainview
Emergency Medical Services.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of September, 1986.
