RESOLUTION NO. ~86-162
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS DELETING CERTAIN ITEMS
FROM THE CONTRACTORS' EQUIPMENT SPECIAL FORM
(INLAND MARINE) INSURANCE POLICY.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has been reviewing its
insurance coverages; and
WHEREAS, the review of the CONTRACTORS' EQUIPMENT
SPECIAL FORM (INLAND MARINE) insurance policy shows that
certain items, which have a cash value of less than
$10,000.00, should be deleted from insurance coverage;
and WHEREAS, a copy of the items currently covered under
insurance are attached to this Resolution and hereby made
a permanent part thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the
City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas that the items
which are ,,overstruck" are hereby deleted from insurance
coverage effective October 1, 1986.
