RESOLUTION NO. R86-18~
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ADJUSTING INSURANCE PROPERTY cOVERAGE FOR
THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW-
WHEREAS, the Plainview City Council recently renewed its
insurance for property damage effective October 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is in the
best interest of the City to drop Broad Form 105 thus saving the City
approximately $3,576.00 per year in insurance premiums; and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that the additional exposure to
the City is at a minimum-
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas that Broad Form 105 is hereby dropped
from the property coverage effective October 1, 1986.
