RESOLUTION NO. R87-197
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ACCEPTING THE
BID FOR AERIAL SPRAYING FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL
FOR THE 1987 SEASON, AND AWARDING A CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the city has duly advertised and tabulated bids for
Aerial Spraying for Mosquito Control for 1987; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said bid tabulation is attached and hereby
made a permanent part of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Plainview to
accept the bid of 46¢ per acre and award the Contract to Southwest
Aerial Services, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and city Council of
the city of Plainview, Texas that the Contract for Aerial Application
of Mosquito Control Chemical be awarded to Mosquito Control of the
Southwest, Inc. for the 1987 program
