A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE PAVING
OF ALLEYS IN TOWN WEST ADDITION, UNITS NO. 2
AND 3, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AT THE COST OF THE
DEVELOPER.
WHEREAS, Larry N. Wh_~te, ~i~e .P~eSide~, ?~. E~velopm~nt,
Addison, Texas, has requested perml~slO~ to pave alleys a~ portions
of alleys in Tow~. West Addition, Units No. 2 and 3, Pla~nvlew, Texas,
in order to provide paved access to residential units with rear entry
garages; and
WHEREAS, the city Council has determined that such paving would
improve the drainage of those alleys and provide other benefits to
the city of Plainview:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City council
of the City of Plainview, Texas, that Devon Development acting
throug~ Larry N. White be and is hereby granted permission and
authorization to pave alleys and portions of alleys in Town West
Addition, Units No. 2 and 3, Plainview, Texas, provided said paving
is done in compliance with the Alley Paving Policy for the city of
Plainview adopted January 13, 1987, and further provided that such
paving shall be constructed at no cost to the City of Plainview.
