A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS RE-DESIGNATING THE RESPONSIBLE
PERSON TO COORDINATE IMPLEMENTATION OF REVENUE
SHARING HANDICAPPED DISCRIMINATION REQUIREMENT
REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, Resolution

WHEREAS, Robert D. Richards,
Plainview; and is no longer employed by the City of
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview needs to re-designate an individual
to serve in this capacity.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview, Texas, that Mike McDonough, Director of Municipal Services,
designated Coordinator to implement requirements of the Revenue Sharing
Handicapped Discrimination Regulations.
I Sheryl Owen, City Secretary for the City of Plainview, hereby
certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the Plainview City
Council on February 24, 1987.
