RESOLUTION NO. R87-229
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL
PLAT OF BRYAN ADDITION, UNIT NO. 9, PLAINVIEW,
HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on August 12, 1986, the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of Bryan Addition, Unit No. 9, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Mike Ferguson of Plainview, Texas, has submitted the
Final Plat of Bryan Addition, Unit No. 9, Plainview, Hale County,
Texas, along with all required Fees and accompanying documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, said addition is exempt from water pro rata and sewer
pro rata payments by virture of having been in the City Limits at the
time of the adoption of pro-Rata Ordinance No. 78-2261; and
WHEREAS, all guarantees have been provided for street paving and
other improvements required by the City of Plainview for the
approval of the Final Plat of said addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas, that the Final Plat of Bryan
Addition, Unit No. 9, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby
approved subject to compliance with the subdivision regulations, the
Pro-Rata ordinance and other ordinances governing the platting and
developing of land within the City of Plainview and its
extraterritorial jurisdiction.

certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the Plainview City
Council on March 24, 1987.
