A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
I~IESAVERDEADDITION, UNIT NO. ~, PLAINVIEW,
HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on January 3, 1985, the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of Mesa Verde Addition, Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas, subject to the stipulation that a Final Plat and
Dedication Deed be provided for the replatting of Lot 2A, Duncan
Addition, Unit No. 3, Incorporating into said Lot 2A the South 10
feet of the closed alley adjacent thereto; and
WHEREAS, the McDonald,s Corporation has submitted the Final Plan
of Mesa Verde Addition Unit No 3 Plainview, Hale County, Texas;
and ' · ,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it contains all the items required by the stipulation set
fourth for the approval of said Preliminary Plat and that it conforms
to the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Plainview; and
WHEREAS, all water, sewer and street improvements necessary to
serve said addition have been constructed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview that the Final Plat of Mesa Verde Addition,
Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved
subject to compliance with the subdivision regulations, the Pro-Rata
Ordinance and other ordinances governing the platting and developing
jurisdiction.°f land within the City of Plainview and its extraterritorial
