RESOLUTION NO. R87-263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ACCEPTING THE BID OF LUCIA
MARTINEZ FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 615 EAST
8THSTREET.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is the owner of properties at
615 East 8th Street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has duly advertised the sale
of the property with the minimum bid being $1,475.00; and
WHEP~EAS, Lucia Martinez is the only bidder and has satisfied
all terms and conditions of the request for bids.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plainview, Texas that the bid in the amount of $1,475.00 from
Lucia ~artinez for properties located at 615 East 8th Street, is
hereby accepted and the Assistant City Attorney is authorized to
proceed with closing the sale.
I, Sheryl Owen, City Secretary for the City of Plainview,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the
Plainview City Council on June 23, 1987.
