A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL TO
PROVIDE ZONING ORDINANCE REVISIONS ~
COMPREHENSIVE NASTER pL~NUPDATE.
WHEREAS, the city of Plainview has solicited requests for
proposals for a zoning ordinance Revision and Comprehensive Master
Plan Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposals have been reviewed by the City
council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the
best interest of the city of Plainview to proceed with the Zoning
ordinance Revision and Comprehensive Master Plan Update.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city
of Plainview, Texas that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement with HUNTER ASSOCIA~R~, INC.
for zoning Ordinance Revisions, Comprehensive Master Plan Update
and other miscellaneous -items with the total price not to exceed
$ 109,200.00
I, Sheryl Owen, City Secretary for the city of Plainview,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the
Plainview City Council on July 14, 1987.
