A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION
OF THE THIRD ANNUAL CITIZEN pARTICIPATION SURVEY.
WHEREAS, in July 1985, and subsequent years, the city of

Plainview distribute an Annual citizen Participation Survey;
WHEREAS, the random sample provided the City with its ,,annual
report card" on various city services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that it is in the City's best
interest to continue said survey.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Plainview, Texas that the City Manager's office is hereby
instructed to distribute the Third Annual citizen Participation
Survey during the month of July, 1987, and to tabulate and present
said results to the City Council as soon as practical thereafter.
I, Sheryl Owen, City Secretary for the city of Plainview,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the
Plainview City Council on July 14, 1987.
