A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ACCEPTING A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL FOR A pERSONNEL A~DIT."
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has solicited requests for
proposals for a Personnel Audit; and
WHEREAS, said proposals have been received and tabulated and
a tabulation sheet is attached and hereby made a permanent part of
this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that it will be in the best
interest of the city of Plainview to proceed with said Personnel
Audit.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Plainview, Texas that SMC, INC. OF CANYON, TEXAS
is hereby authorized to proceed with the Personnel Audit i~
compliance with the specifications prepared by the City with said
Audit to include the base proposal and options
with the total price not to exceed
~12,380.60
I, Sheryl Owen, city Secretary for the City of Plainview,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the
Plainview City Council on July 14, 1987.
