DESIGNATED AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OFFICER
AND CONDUCT THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT REQUIRED
BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR
THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GRANT

W/4E~, it is hereby authorized that Karen King be
designated as the Environmental Assessment Officer and to
conduct the Environmental Assessment required by the Texas
Department of Community Affairs for the City of Plainview's
Economic Development Grant No. 7064572-EMCO:
NOW, ~REFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview;
Texas that Karen King be designated as the Environmental
Assessment Officer and to conduct the Environmental Assessment
required by the Texas Department of Community Affairs for the
City of Plainview's Economic Development Grant No. 7064572:
