RESOLUTION NO. R87-29~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS NOMINATING INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE
ON THE HALE COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD
OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax
code, the City of Plainview is entitled to nominate by Resolution
one candidate for each position to be filled on the Board of
Directors of the Hale County Central Appraisal District, such
nominees to be presented by the presiding officer of the City of
Plainview to the Chief Appraiser before October 15, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CounciL1 of the
City of Plainview, Texas that the following individuals are hereby
nominated for positions on the Board of Directors of the Hale
County Central Appraisal District:
Rex Ramsower
Luther Bain~
I, Shery1 Owen, City Secretary for the City of Plainview,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the
Plainview City Council on this the 13th day of October, 1987.
