A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CITY
ADDITION, UNIT NO. 9_, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on December 22, 1987, the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of City Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale

BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch steel rod set in the north right of way line of
West 5th Street (U.S. Highway No. 70) as recorded in Volume 104, page 65 and
Volume 102, page 566 of the Hale County Deed Records for the southwest corner of
a 142.3 foot by 122.5 foot tract as recorded in Volume 662, page 239 of the Hale
County Deed Records, said rod being 640 feet West and 12.5 feet North of the
southwest corner of Block 53, Original Town of Plainview, Hale County, Texas;
Thence West 110 feet along the north right of way line of said 5th Street
to a 1/2 inch steel rod set at the northeast intersection of said 5th Street and
Fresno Street;
Thence North 122.5 feet along the east right of way line of said Fresno
Street to a set 1/2 inch steel rod;
Thence East 110 feet to a 1/2 inch steel rod set for the northwest corner
of said 142.3 foot by 122.5 foot tract;
ThenCe South 122.5 feet along the west line of said tract to the POINT OF
