RESOLUTION NO. R79-117
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview desires to continue-~tO
protect the health, safety and comfort of its citizens through
extended Vector Control,
WHEREAS, it,s necessary to disperse chemicals to control
the proliferation of mosquitos by air and ground application
of said chemicals;and
WHEREAS, this necessitates the City to purchase chemicals
and services to accomplish this control;
THEREFORE, be it hereby Resolved that the City Council of
the City of Plainview hereby authorized and empowers the Director
of Public Safety of Plainview to advertise for bids for the pur-
chase of mosquito control chemicals and services.
