RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, High Plains Pavers, Inc., has completed construction
of .certain street improvements to the Town West Addition, Unit No.
3, Plainview, Texas, Westgate Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Texas,
Groff Addition, Plainview, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Plainview has made
inspection of said streets and determined that the improvements
have been made in compliance with the plans and specifications
set forth in said contract and made recommendation to the City
Council that said improvements be accepted by the City of Plainview;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that the street improvements made by High Plains Pavers,
Inc., to Town West Addition, Unit No. 3, PLainview, Texas, Westgate
Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Texas, Groff Addition, Plainview,
Texas,. are herby accepted by the City of Plainview and said
streets shall be maintained by the City of Plainview from and after
the date of this Resolution.
