RESOLUTION NO. 79-126
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview by
Ordinance No. 78-2244, past the 5th day of July, 1979
approved the Revenue Sharing Budget for PhysiCal year 1978-
79,~ which included funds for Debris Clearance Projects in
the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety for the City of
Plainview has determined that the following Debris Clearance
Projects should be implemented at this time upon the following
decribed property;

THEREFORE, be it hereby Resolved that the City Council of
the City of Plainview hereby authorizes, directs and approves
the implementation by the Director of Public Safety of the
City of Plainview of the above referred to Debris Clearance
Projects upon the above described property.
