RESOLUTION NO. R79-131
WHEREAS, The City National Bank has been designated as
a depository of the City of Plainview and is required to pledge
certain securities against these deposits to be ~he~d in safe.
keeping;
WHEREAS, both the depositor and depository now desire the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas to .permit a subsitute of certain
securities which it holds in safe keeping;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
that the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is hereby requested
and authorized to surrender securities in the amount of $500,.000,
and to substitute securities in the like amount of $500,000, as
named in the attached request for substition.
