RESOLUTION NO .79-137
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
ESTABLISHING A CITY POLICY FOR THE COLLECTION OF REFUSE FROM
CONTAINERS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview desires to accomodate its Citizens
by collecting refuse containers in the most convenient location for these
Citizens; and
WHEREAS, under present operating conditions it is sometimes necessary
for the City to enter into 'Private Property to remove refuse from areas
where paving or other improvements, upon the~Private Property are not
designed to meet City specifications. The w~y the Property Owner may have
containers located such as that the equipment or techniques used by the
City employees may cause injury and improvements on the land or person's
thereon; and ! ,
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that! ~he Policy of the City shall
