RESOLUTION NO. R79-142

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE BAIN AND ROBERTS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Constitution, the laws of the State of Texas and the
Charter of the City of Plainview provides for the adoption of a subdivision
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted Subdivision
Ordinance No. 78-2259 on the 14th day of November, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous to continue to provide for the
orderly, safe and healthful development of the area within and surrounding
the City of plainview; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission reviewed and approval the Pre-
liminary Plat under the old ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the subdivision have complied with and the Final
Plat reflects any and all stipulations placed upon them by the City Council
during approval of the Preliminary Plat; and
WHEREAS, the owners have submitted the Final Plat in compliance with
all the provisions of Subdivision Ordinance No. 78-2259:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas, to approve the Final Plat for the Bain and
Roberts Subdivision.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 24th day of
