A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW AppRovING
THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON
MOTORCYCLES FOR THE SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview desires to maintain the highest
quality of police protection for its citizens; and ~
WHEREAS, statistics indicate that the City of Plainview has
experienced a substantial increase in automobile accidents; and
trafficWHEREAS, enforcement; the same and statistics indicate the need for additional
