RESOLUTION NO. R79-164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, NOMINATING A CANDIDATE FOR DIRECTOR
OF THE APPRAISAL DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SUBMIT THIS NAME TO THE COUNTY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview desires to participate in
the Tax Appraisal District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview must submit the names of any
nominees for the Board of Directors to the County Clerk prior to
October 15th;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas, that
e submitted by the Mayor to the County Clerk as the City Council's
esignated nominee as a candidate for Director of the Tax Appraisal
District. ~
