A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
AUTHORIZING THE PAVING OF THE ALLEY SERVING THE PROPERTY
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 10th AND
CANYON STREETS.
WHEREAS, the developers of the property at the southeast
corner of the Intersection of 10th and Canyon Streets desire
and have requested permission to pave the alley serving said
property at their own expense and in accordance with the paving
standards of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the paving oflsaid alley will improve the drainage
of and the assessibility to the adjoining property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the paving of the
alley serving the property at the southeast corner of the intersection
of 10th and Canyon Streets, provided, said work is performed in
accordance with the requirements and under the supervision of the
City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 9th day of October, 1979.
