A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW CASTING THE CITY'S VOTES FOR A CANDIDATE
TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S OF THE TAX
APPRAI,SAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has shown its desire
of previous action to participate the Tax Appra~sa~.id~§~?~t~~
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the County Court using
the formula outlined in Senate Bill 621 that the City of Plainview
has 7,000 to cast toward a director; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview by previous
action has nomin~ted~iT6m--~Al~nras~the~-~c~nd~d~te~_
NOW, THERERFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of the City of Plainview, Texas at 7,000 votes, being
the total number of votes in which the City of Plainview is elgible,
be cast of the City Councils nominee Tom Almon.
