RESOLUTION NO. R79-173
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview by Ordinance
No. 78-2244 , past the 5th day of JULY , 19 79
approved the 'Community Development Funds Budget for fi-~c~l-i'~ year
which included funds for Debris Clearance Projects in the City of Plainview;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety for the City of Plainview has
determined that the following Debris Clearance Projects should be implemented
at this time upon the following described property:

ADDRESS OF PROJECT

304 E. 5th Street
901 Ash Street
THEREFORE, be it hereby Resolved that the City Council of the
City of Plainview hereby authorizes, directs and approves the imple-
mentation by the Director of Public Safety of the City of Plainview of
the above referred to Debris Clearance Projects upon the above described
property.
