A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GRANDVIEW ADDITION,
UNIT NO. 3, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Troy Carter has presented the Preliminary plat of
the Grandview Addition, Unit No. 3 along with the appropriate plat
fee and the necessary information to the City Engineer of the City
of Plainview, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been submitted to the Planning
& Zoning Commission and their recommendations are, as follows:
l) The set-back line to be adjusted to conform with the Zoning
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve the preliminary plat of the
Grandview Addition~Unit No. 3, Plainview, Texas, subject to the
recommendations of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day of November, 1979.
